There are 5 relaxing and life-changing steps in the 45-60minute HydraPeel Facial treatment session.

Step 1: Cleansing and Exfoliating

The trained HydraPeel Facial dermal thrapist at Crystal Spa uses a special tool to open the pores and remove the uppermost layer of debris and dead cells away.

Step 2: Chemical Peel

Most medical chemical peels cause the skin to sting for a few minutes until it is washed off, the HydraPeel Facial acid peel is a unique peel comprised of glycolic and salicylic. This HydraPeel Facial acid peel is gentle and only creates a faint tingle, but produces amazing results.

Step 3: Extractions

This step in the treatment unclogs pores. Rather than completing manual extractions, Crystal Spa dermal therapist uses a vortex-extraction nozzle, which acts as a gentle vacuum that lifts and cleanses clogged dirt. The cup at the base of the extraction machine holds all that is extracted. Patients are happy to see the results the extraction produces.

How Long Will the Procedure Last?

The treatment takes approximately 60 to 75 minutes to complete.A series of six to ten HydraPeel Facial procedures are approved for the treatment
of fine lines and wrinkles, acne, oily skin and hyperpigmentation. Most people report visible skin improvements after one treatment, and the skin hydration results can last between five- and seven days. The results may last longer, and follow-up treatments are recommended to maintain or freshen up the results that you achieve with HydraPeel Facial. Results should be preserved with ongoing maintenance with
follow-up sessions every two- to three-weeks.

What Can I Expect after the Procedure?

Post-treatment skincare products may be recommended by our skin expert which will include a sunscreen to protect the skin. HydraPeel Facial is a painless treatment that may produce some post treatment redness caused by the application of antioxidants directly to the skin. Fine lines and wrinkles, your pores and hyperpigmentation will decrease after a few treatments.Following the HydraPeel Facial treatment, you may experience varying degrees of redness, which will depend on the depth of the treatment and the use of the peel solution. You may return immediately to work, but you may want to rest or use makeup to conceal any redness that you may experience in the first 24- to 48-hours. Crystal Spa may recommend Ultraceuticals products for use after the treatment. This products are promotes the healing of damaged or post-procedural skin and may be used immediately after the treatment, thus allowing you to enjoy the day without a red face.

How Soon Can I Return To Work?

There is no downtime required after a HydraPeel Facial treatment. You may return to work immediately. A few patients experience slight tightness or redness for up to four hours after the treatment. Swelling around the eyes is rare but can last for a day or two and may require the application of cold compresses.

Are There Risks?

The HydraPeel Facial treatment is often painless and won’t greatly irritate the skin, but some patients experience slight facial redness and tightness for two- to four-hours after the treatment. It is very rare for the redness to continue for over a day and for the sensitive skin around the eyes to become swollen. But, if this occurs, it can be treated with cold compresses. A risk of scarring is very rare.

Pre-Treatment Instructions

Avoid having any deep or medium chemical peels, laser treatments at least 2 weeks before your facial treatments.

Avoid waxing or using depilatories at least 48 hours before your treatment.

Stop using any of the over-the-counter acne treatments, such as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide for at least 48 hours before the day you get your facial.

Avoid sun exposure and do not have spray tan 72 hours prior to the treatment.

Do not have any Botox procedures for at minimum two weeks before treatment. You may get Botox done the same day as your facial, however, it must be done following the facial.

Do not shave your face on the same day you are going to undergo facial treatment.

Post-Treatment Instructions

Avoid sun exposure for a minimum of 72 hours following the treatment.

Clean your face using Mesoestetic cleansers such as Hydracream Fusion, Brightening Foam.

Following your treatment, you should use Mesoestetic serums, ampoules in the morning and the evening.

Use your Mesoestetic Moisturiser and SPF every day

Do not apply retinol-Vitamin A or generic tretinoin until up to 48 hours following treatment.
Don't wax or use depilatories for at most 48 hours following the treatment.

Avoid having any laser or chemical peels for at least 2 weeks following the treatment.

Avoid using any exfoliating products such as glycolic acid or enzymes up to 48 hours following the treatment.

Avoid using over-the-counter acne treatments like benzoyl Peroxide or salicylic acid until at the very least, 48 hours following treatment.

Avoid extreme heat for at the very least 24 hours following the treatment.

Make sure you wait until the day following the treatment to apply your makeup.
