Booking & Cancellation Policy
Due to such high demand for appointments, we ask that prior to booking an appointment with us you agree to our terms and conditions.
For all new clients, you will be required to confirm with card your booking. You will not be charged then, payment will be collected in salon after your appointment.
A notification reminder will be sent via SMS the day before your scheduled appointment, this SMS is a NO REPLY text. However, we understand that you may need to change your appointment, as such, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow us to offer the spot to another client.

If adequate notice is given (24 hours prior) your card will not be charged.
Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect the interest of our salon in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.
If our booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.
