Booking & Cancellation Policy

Due to such high demand for appointments, we ask that prior to booking an appointment with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.

For all new clients, you will be required to confirm your booking with a card. You will not be charged at this time; payment will be collected in-salon after your appointment.

A notification reminder will be sent via SMS the day before your scheduled appointment. Please note, this SMS is a NO REPLY text. However, we understand that you may need to change your appointment, so we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow us to offer the spot to another client.

To reschedule, please call or email the salon at +61420222774 or crystalspa@mail.com, or use our online booking system.

If adequate notice is given (24 hours prior), your card will not be charged.

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations, or 100% for no-shows.

This policy is designed to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to protect the interests of our salon in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

If our booking policy is not suitable, we kindly advise against proceeding with a booking. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
