2. Booking Policy
2.1 Appointments can be made online via our booking system, over the phone, or in person at the salon.
2.2 A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another appointment if cancellation is made within the permitted time frame (see Section 3).
2.3 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a fee of 100% or forfeiture of the deposit.
3.3 Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the management.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and other specified payment methods.
4.2 All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
4.3 Refunds for services are not provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
5. Gift Cards
5.1 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2 Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are valid for the specified duration.
5.3 Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Clients are required to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant health issues prior to receiving any treatment.
6.2 Crystal Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
6.3 We maintain a clean and hygienic environment and adhere to all applicable health and safety standards.
